When should I arrive?
First time student registration
ends 15 minutes
prior to class. Be on time!
No Bookings Necessary
What do I need to bring with me?
- Proper attire: wear something light and fitted, comfortable exercise clothing.
- Positive attitude
- Empty stomach
- Proper Hydration
- Bottle of water
- Large towel
Be prepared to sweat and have a great time!
In the yoga room for everyone's comfort, please:
- no shoes
- no gum
- no pagers or cell phones
- no perfume of cologne
- no body lotion
- no excess jewlery or watches

When most people think of Yoga, images of chanting and people maneuvering into seemly impossible positions come to mind. Yoga is NOT just for the fantastically flexible. In fact, if you are not flexible, if you cannot touch your toes, or perhaps cannot even see your toes, you are a perfect candidate for the benefits of yoga.
Prepare
- Arrive 15 minutes before class
- class is 90 minutes
- bring a bottle of water
- come on an empty stomach
- wear very light workout clothing
- mat provided first day of introduction pass
- bring a large towel
- ample parking available
- be prepared to sweat!
- we sell mats and have mats and towels available for rent incase you forget!
