RAJASHREE SEMINAR

On Sunday August 8th we are blessed to have Rajashree Choudury in Brisbane conducting a one day seminar.
The cost for the seminar is $150 or the 'Early Bird Special' of $125 if purchased before July 24, 2010.
The seminar will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
A brief run down of the seminar is as follows:
9.00 -10.00am: Lecture
10.00 - 11.30am: Posture Clinic
11.30am - 1.00pm: Lunch
1.00pm - 2.30pm: Posture Clinic
2.30pm - 3.30pm: Meditation and Group Talk
3.30pm - 5.00pm: Yoga Class
Please Bring: Yoga Mat, Water, Towel, Yoga Clothes
